  • There is a $10 fee for each sacramental record requested. After filling out the sacramental record request and emailing it to [email protected], please make your payment via Pushpay by selecting the Sacramental Record Request Fund. If you need help with completing the payment you can call the parish office at 847.864.1185 x237.
