Inspired by diverse faiths and shared values, Interfaith Action of Evanston (IAE) brings people together to serve hungry and homeless people, pursue interfaith dialogue, and engage in advocacy that promotes social justice for those we serve.
IAE provides regular opportunities to engage our community throughout the year, including weekly soup kitchen meal distribution (click here get involved with SJ23), an emergency overnight shelter, a weekday hospitality center at St. Mark's Church, and Producemobile, in partnership with the Greater Chicago Food Depository. IAE also sponsors the annual Walk for Warmth on MLK Day.
