St. John XXIII Parish is proud of the rich history of music between our two legacy parishes!
Music at St. NicholasMusic at St. Nicholas upholds a long tradition of assembly singing and participation in diverse and dynamic liturgy, embracing two principal language groups: English and Spanish.
For more information about music at St. Nicholas, please contact Ace Gangoso, Director of Music, at 847.864.1185 x234 or agangoso@archchicago.org. Music at St. MaryMusic at St. Mary has been an integral part of the parish history, which includes being blessed with a beautiful 1925 Austin Organ, which we take great pride in for our solemn liturgies.
Our current Mass Schedule allows us to highlight two different styles for our worship.
Additionally, our Cantors help lead our congregation in hymns of praise to God. A skill to sing and a desire to lead is required. If you have some singing experience, have some music reading experience, and/or play an instrument, please consider joining us! For more information about music at St. Mary, please contact Dianne Fox, Co-Director of Music, at 847.864.0333 x210 or dfox@archchicago.org |
